Everyone has their own reasons for not drinking, such as religious beliefs, an aversion to alcohol or addiction.
We therefore offer various activities, but do take into account the fact that some activities can be experienced as a trigger for others. That is why we label our activities with a rainbow, which gives an indication of the expected risk of external triggers.
Please remember that it is always your own decision to participate in an activity and experiencing triggers is very personal. Therefore, never compare yourself to others and only do what feels right.
If you are unsure about an activity, please do not hesitate to contact us.
